Default EPS 234/246 with boost?

I have an EPS 234/246 .602/.607 111LSA cam. I'm running an LQ9 stock bottom end w/ ARP bolts, and stock 317 heads w/ dual springs, LS6 intake manifold..CR of 10:1. I am going to be purchasing a Procharger D1SC in the next few days, and was wondering what everyones' opinions on the setup is? do you think this cam will work good with 9-10lbs boost? thanks

If its a stock bottom end LQ9 with 317's the compression isn't going to be 10.0:1...it'll be lower then that. Are the heads decked a lot?

a completely stock LQ9 has a CR of 10.0:1, and thats what im running with the exception of a cam,rod/headbolts, etc. 317's are the stock heads for LQ9's

superchargers like more duration on the exhaust than the intake since the intake side is being force fed. If you look at the specs on it I could easily see this cam being addvertized as a supercharger cam. The LSA may be a little tight but that will make it sound a little meaner also. It will probably run like a raped ape once you get a few rpms in it.

Probably not a bad cam to run, but it seems the most popular and effective FI cams have a wider LSA like 114 or 115.

That is the exact same set up I have (even with ARP's and LS6 intake lol), I am eager to finish it up to see what it puts down N/A. I am hoping for 400+ at the tire through TH400 with a 4500 stall and stock 10 bolt.

It will be interesting to see what your FI version puts down.

^^^ damn no one has numbers with that cam. As I have mine sitting in my room lol. I agree with TWS the FI induction cams I have seen are wider LSA. But I bet it will still make good power.

The cam seems to do well in a 346ci LS1, see post# "134" https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...results-7.html
