Default fouled plugs

I have a 98/2000 ls1 that i put a supercharger psc1 I put 42lbs injector and a walbro 255lph fuel pump.... I say 98/2000 cause its a 98 harness on a 2000 vette motor.... I have stock fuel rails and pressure regulator.... This thing is running rich fouling out plugs instantly put new set in today started the car once pulled the plug and it was black a wet with fuel... Did not drive the car just idle for a few mins..... Is this normal for a car with these upgrades and no real tune (had emissions and other ls1 swap items removed) any help thanks....

the intake is also 98 camaro with return line
is this thing regulated at the rail....????? Do I need to get a new set of rail and a boost sensitive regulator.... The injectors are stock reflowed by FIC

The pcm isn't able to calculate changes made to it. You need to recalibrate it, either have a well know shop do so, if your in the middle of no where you can tune it your self or try a mail order tune.

Are you saying you put a ProCharger on it with 42lb injectors and you have not had a tune installed for it? If so, the 42lb injectors are basically flooding out the motor as it is calibrated for the stock injectors. Bob

Cool. I would put the stock injectors back in it for now. That way you can fire it up and drive it at part throttle rpm to make sure all systems are good to go. Just do not go wide open throttle until you put the larger injectors back in and have it tuned. Thanks! Bob
