We had the cam in there before the supercharger went in. All the power is from the supercharger and smaller pulley (2.5"). We had 576RWHP and 13lbs of boost when we put on the heads. Then we had 576RWHP and 9lbs of boost.

ARE 360 - Mac headers w/ Off road Y pipe - Vortech G - Trim with 2.75 pulley

netted me 500rwhp @ ~5psi

changed the head unit to a TTrim (nothing else was done) with 2.75 pulley netted me 560rwhp @ ~11psi -- car ran dangerously lean after 5k rpm.

replaced with 42# and rising rate regulator (no ls1 edit) made 645hp on autotap. when i dynoed, i autotaped the car and the horsepower number was within .5hp of the dyno chasis number so from now on i just tune it on the streets.

havent done anything with ls1 edit - still has the G-Trim program.

I took mine out for first road tests yesterday. I am seeing very nice boost.
8psi at under 70% throttle around 4700rpm. Should hit 14psi I think.
The new blower ducting seems to have let it push even more air.

I have some tuning issues to take care of right now before I can begin WOT testing.
I'm running a 348ci, G-trim, 2.5" pulley, 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet ducting direct to TB..Mondo bypass, No intercooler and methanol injection.
Ported heads, stock cam, modified mac headers.
fuel system is aeromotive pump and regulator, 10AN feed,8AN to billet rails and 42lb injectors.
Injectors are to small but the methanol makes up for it.
Should be pretty potent this year.

Is the 629 hp on a stock internials at 13 psi ?

What trim is the supercharger your running ?....V9 ?

I would guess that if your s/c has the "SQ" technology for silent operation,That you are able to sneek up and BLOW by others without them knowing what just happened ?

Who are your stage 2 heads done by?

This is a very intresting set up you have.I may have to COPY IT! Any idea on 1/4 mile times?

I have a 2002 WS6 M6 with the Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam(not installed yet)

The 629 was @10PSI with v9 g-trim with 2.5" pulley. The bottome end is stock with the exception of hardened rod bolts. But, i blew the engine because I was running out of fuel up top. I found the limit of the stock pump and t-rex. The blower is not the sq.
The stage II heads were done locally. They only flowed 280ish. No quarter mile times yet.

S J H, where did you get your methanol injection kit & how much, I might need to get one of these if I run out of fuel on the dyno......

I could potentially see 18psi with my D-1SC/COG setup..........I have 60# injectors, Speed Inc. rails, CAS regulator up by the rails, all braided feed/return......420L bosch.....100 octane for fuel.......

Peak is right around 6k. Haven't been to the track on it yet. But I Think I will try shifting around 5700.

hmm. even if you had fuel up top you're running on stock cast pistons. sooner or later something would have given. I think.. I really don't want to run 9psi even though my kit is rated for it. I'd feel more comfortable with rod bolts but I'm not going to be pushing this motor to its limits everyday.

its all money. I forgot to plant my money tree last year.

Hopefully I'll have my kit by mid next week and it should be up and running by Saturday for a dyno day here. I should see a lot of people with these faces..

We ran the 2.75" pulley for 2 years. It made 576RWHP and 531RWTQ.

What's up John, Nah, they are fine because I can add a LOT of fuel in the form of methanol.

I built it myself. I'll see if I can take some pics. It is pretty nice.
