They do make a 87 and a 92 turbine wheel and 1.25 housings. Also a billet 83 or 82 compressor wheel, and a high flow cover. At your weight you should hit 8s easy once u get it back togeather

Yea I was thinking the same thing. You weigh close to that and ran a similar time with a crap 60'.

I think the OP has pushed his turbo to it's limit without an a/w intercooler or intercooler period. E85, Nitrous, Meth will only do so much when you start pushing a turbo outside it's range of use.

If you want to keep the set-up the same way it is w/ no i/c your gonna need at least a T6 88mm turbo. A BW S500 or even a PT91 or 94 may be up your alley just so you can keep the IAT's down. Now if you want to run an i/c ( I would go a/w) you can keep that turbo and put a bigger exhaust housing on it, race cover and 92 turbine wheel and should be able to really lay the wood to it then. If not go with a the a/w and a pt88.

you guys need to understand it has STOCK heads. 25psi on stock heads is not the same as 25psi with ported heads. boost is the measure of resistance. the small ports on stock heads create alot of resistance, which is where i get high boost numbers.

another thing is it let go inbetween the 1/8th an 1/4 and rolled through at a 9.0

on a good track the car does a 1.2x 60ft without the nitrous. i think on a good track with the dope the car should have gone 8.6@155.

the car always picks up 30mph on the big end. on this pass it went 124 in the 1/8th which should have been 154.

my transmission was also starting to slip on the 1-2 shift.

Not ripping on you man it just seems weird

I on a 370 granted with WCCH heads went 121.x mph in the 1/8 and 149.x in the 1/4 out of gear banging off the limiter on 12.5psi

Very similar car weight too, my times are slow because my 60s are bad

Will be interesting to see what heads will do for you but still seems goofy especially with a hit of nitrous

Temple academy is garbage, bad 60ft then the car gets loose after the 8th because it is straight pavement no prep. on the log it went from 6700rpm to 5900 immidiatly with 100% TPS. all this happend just shy of the 1000ft marker. he rolled through at 146. he usually gains 30 like he says but he has gained as much as 33mph on the dope. IATs were 200+ degrees, da 3000ft, and 100 degrees, and 317s FTL.
got to also understand its alot of poor boy racing here. no purge or pressure gauge on bottle... just playin with stuff... i know i have to listen to everyone say my car should be 8s with an lsx turboed mustang instead it runs 10s, is what it is

an 80 mm turbo and NO intercooler? He's running fast as hell if you ask me.. 20psi of 200 degree air probably has the same density as 14psi of 80 degree air... Sounds like hes got a budget setup and he went pretty damn fast with it... Dudeman strap another set of $175 LS3 heads on her and an ebay intercooler and run some friggen 8s already!
