It needs to be about an inch smaller than factory.

We are working on a power steering pump relocation kit right now and it would be a much more effective way of solving your problem than a smaller diameter pulley. We are developing this to work with our current turbo setups and it will move the power steering pump towards the throttle body 2 inches.

If you want to purchase one call me.

I was trying to avoid having to remake the lines. Does your reloc kit require the lines to be lengthened?

thanks dude,

It feels good to know that people appreciate what Chris and I have been doing. We really want the F body to be easier to turbocharge and if someone needs a solution to a common problem we want to provide that solution affordably.

Here are pics of the idler bracket that will go underneath the power steering pump after its been relocated.

We "should have" pics of the entire bracket assembly with the pump installed by the end of this week

You can but it will harder to turn than a manual rack.

Just be a little patient and we will finish this project and have a cure for you.

STOCK PUMP LOCATION

CBR PERFORMANCE POWER STEERING RELOCATION KIT INSTALLED

HOW FAR WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE IT

There is also a custom line kit that is included with this system.
If you have forward facing turbo headers I am pretty sure that this will give you tons of room over there.
