After LT Headers, car got REALLY QUIET

After LT Headers, car got REALLY QUIET I really would like your thoughts.
My car is a Magnacharged LS1 Vette. I was running right at 9psi with the Stock Manifolds, and thougth I would install a set of Longtubes W/Cats to drop the boost down around 8 psi and pick up a few ponies.
This weekend I pulled the stock manifolds and Cats, installed a set of 1 3/4 longtubes with High flow cats and X pipe. I fired the car up and it's REALLY QUIET. Not sure, but maybe even a little lagy under very light part throtle.
Any thoughts?

Logical I just pretty confused, and would like to find a logical reason.
My first thought would be bad flowing Cat's, but after driving the car a little, it is obvious it has lost a little light throttle torque because of the less back pressure higher flowing exhaust.
This is the QUIETEST 500+ HP car Ive seen. Seems as tame as my Avalanche.
