Where are you located OP? You need to go to someone who knows what they're doing I think.

Get one on there and you'll know what your making for boost, not just relying on the tuning software.

You using stock plugs or have you gone colder? Not revving past 4800 leads me to believe you have a major ignition problem. Any CEL?? Are all the coils actually firing? The turbo is not going to magically make the car not rev past 4800 so check all your basics first.
to answer all your questions, yes those are lowsy numbers.. i have boost gauge and AFR gauge installed.. i have gone colder im using TR6's my car revs all the way to 6000RPM but max hp is produced at 4800RPM.. also i believe that i have the standard 67 turbo which should be good for much more than 10psi.... oh and i have a built tranny.. no tranny slip on the dyno

can I go 15psi boost with my combination? I have already ordered the valve springs and a new oil return pump... would a 67turbo be efficient at 15psi? i need to make 500rwhp

First off, as others have said you have too much fuel, even 10.3 is rich without meth, when using meth you need to reduce your AFR even more since the Meth is essentially a fuel as well(11.5-12 AFR when the meth is engaged) For FI motors I tune them to around 11.5 (without meth injection) when at 10 psi and go from there and start tweeking the fuel and spark until the power goes in the right direction (MORE!!)

Your numbers are way low for what you have, and I think it has a lot to do with too much fuel, try turning the meth off and lean it out till 11.5 and see how she feels, I am willing to bet it will feel much faster...

Do this

I have two options
1 100HP wetshot of NOS
2 go 15psi of boost.. and maybe some NOS

im open to ideas.. im preparing the car for the open day at the track

SOLID?!?!?! Those lifters will do you no good. You need a dedicated valvetrain set-up to run solid lifters.

is this a track car? solid lifters need to be adjusted regularly so the more you plan on driving it the more you will be working on it

^^^agreed, the stall is a good choice but the setup still has a big problem. Install the new converter and it will then have a new converter and a big problem.

Not to mention 15psi on your cubic inches on the stock STS turbo is BEGGING for a KABOOOM. That little guy would have to spin to hell and back to push that much air if it really is just a stock STS T60.

Please do yourself a favor and find someone locally who has a bit more knowledge on this stuff and get their help. And I mean that in the nicest non-******* way.

well I am suprised knowone has mentioned a compression test or leakdown test.

that hp lvl is super low my ws6 makes that exact power with nothing but a intake and a tune.

I would say its more than just a buying other parts and slapping them on there thing.

but truthfully it does sound like the OP is not sure what he is doing, why order solid lifters? lifters is not the issue here the stock ones wont rob you HP, and if theres no noise from the valvetrain then why bother with that till you fix the primary issue.

I also thought 317 heads were higher compression than ls1? not the other way around.

here is the thing, if you are working on the car yourself, you need to just take it to a shop, if a shop is doing the build take it too a different shop

also if this was a junkyard motor I hope you went threw it and tested it out before you just threw it in. you need to include a little more background.

if I had to guess your over 150 hp to low and there is alot of issues going on here.

but I also belive you have a horrible setup on top of it, I would recommend a cam change and get a cam thats ment to run with a turbo engine that will make the valves operate at the right times and intervals to make sure your not losing boost from them being open.
