Damn, I thought my dyno #'s were low. That sucks, Auto or manual? Any spark blow out? Does it feel faster than the stock combo, maybe the dyno wasnt loaded correctly or something? Post pics of the graph and maybe someone can help.

Again, where is your boost reference at for the wastegate?

Was the boost verified by an external gauge?

my boost reference is in the vacuum line that goes to the brake booster and my boost gauge is also connected there, that is where the STS kit fittings are provided.. should i move it the intake? would that make any difference? i seem to be hitting 10psi at around 3-4k rpms which seems normal...

Stock valve springs and 10 psi are a no no. Upgrade them.

Does the car have cats on it? Peak hp at 4600 is way off for a 5.3. What cam is in it? Post the dyno graph, you most likely have a couple different problems going on leading to one big mess.

You have a 5.3 with low compression so dont expect to make a lot of power at just 10psi and that is way rich, dont see how the meth would even help then.

Seems like they tuned way safe, i doubt the meth even help with that little timing and boost.

Why are your revving so low?

Check for boost leaks.

I would toss a small cam in it also. Like an LS6, 224, or 228.

Aren't the 5.3's like 9.5:1 with stock heads anyways?? Defenitely seems off my 4.8 with only a ls1 intake and the early ls2 can and springs makes 490 at 12 pounds and at about 5800rpms, 10.5lbs was 469whp if I remember correctly on 93 octane no meth and timing in the 12-15 degree range depending on how much the burst knock steals lol

Valve springs defenitely seem possible, and meth just seems overkill, my afrs were in the 10.4 range also, so I'm sure you have something holding you back..
