Got a lot done this past weekend. ARP rod bolts are installed, I tapped the pan for the drain, got everything wrapped up on the engine. Running the Speed Inc alt. relocation bracket. One thing I will say about that piece, is I had to grind about 1/16 off the front lip of the valve cover to keep the alternator from hitting it, I'd rather do that than space it out and have pulley alignment issues. I got the wire tuck in the engine bay complete, and got the harness all tighty'd up on the engine itself. Next i'm going to tackle the fuel system. Going to run a weldon 1100-A pump and their bypass regulator. The pump flows 511LPH@95 psi so fueling wont be an issue with this setup to say the least. Progress pics!

They are the pics from in front of Dempsey's and your driveway. I guess i'll be going there sooner than you'll be coming back. Also word on the street is, that they are building a whole nother little area by the flight line so we dont have to take the hour long busride to work from leatherneck to the hangars, So i'll have to make special trips for our DFAC dates.

Spohn solid motor mounts. They fit stock or their K-members, a steal at 100 bucks

x2 on the spohn motor mounts. That's what I use, they're grrrrrreat!

So you'll be staying at the flight line then? I guess that's good. But yes, we'll have to arrange something like every other sat night you come to my place some wine in a box or some ****.

Thats all dependent upon if it's finished by then, i have no idea how far they are on the construction or what the timeline of it being finished is. I'll make the trip no problem.

You will be very happy with the on3 76. I've been running these turbos on stuff since they came out. I'm not sure how the .81ar does on a front mount, i'd assume quick spool but may run out of steam up top, but id say at 6k you are good, I could be wrong though. We did a rear mount with the 76 .81 and it works like a dream, been going for a while. We did a front mount 70 with the 1.0 a/r and its got over 20,000 worry free miles on it now. I've done others too, and right now i'm finishing up a 76 ball bearing front mount on a trans am. I have no worries with the on3 stuff, I hope they keep selling them for years to come. Their wastegates are also a nice piece

heres the rear mount, 4psi, basically no tune and 11 degrees of timing (didnt have the 2bar map yet)

and the 70mm front mount, it runs 6.90s on 6psi

Well thats some good news! 6.90's on a stock car with a 70mm/6psi...wonder what a maxed out 76 on race gas and a super light car can do?? Also, was that car running on a regular radial tire?

One step closer! However, my TC bolts are not long enough to work with the LS1/TH400 flexplate, since it has the thicker mount points. damn.. Crappy cell phone pics!
