no prob. Its not a good boost cam though, a vrx3 on 114. But basically you can bet on 6 sec time slips with ease

i have a 4.8... you think the 70MM with the 1.0A/R would work well? I was looking at mp70-mp76's but you cant beat 300 bucks haha.

Its going on a 400$ motor... why not give the ebay turbo a shot?

The turbo you got from them was it divided?

On a side note is there anything wrong with running a divided turbo on a non divided flange? What about vise versa?

Mine was undivided, and you can run a divided on a non divided flange if you had do, but you may have to knife-edge the housing so it flows a little better.

Anyhow, I ordered a few small things for under the hood while the motor is out. SJM ABS delete kit, with proportioning valve and line lock. Also got a 3 bar map sensor and adapter for plug and play.

Hoping tomorrow my metal materials arrive. Going to finally patch up the cowl and make an HVAC delete panel. Then a little beautification of the underhood area (Paint) and the motor will be going in. All thats left is fuel system, cold side piping and water lines for the A2W IC then i can fire it up and start the tuning process. Hoping to have it fired up in less than a month. I'm 1/2 way done with my fuel rail mounts, i'll post pics when I'm finished with them.

Well the car lost another 30-40 lbs today, got rid of the rear crash supports, the monsoon stereo cluster-F**k of wires, and cut the front radiator support out, also go a little clearancing in the rear wheel wells. The cowl is patched up, would have liked to weld it in, but i dont have the skills to weld sheet metal very well, so i cut and riveted the patch panels, it turned out pretty good. Motor goes in this week!

some more angles/better pics of the cowl, its kind of ghetto from the underside, but it looks good from all the visible portions. Also cleaned up/painted the pass side of the engine bay, looks a ton better

Been a while since I've posted an update. Got the tubular front suspension in today, need to buy some new tie rod ends though., all the wiring is done (as far as factory harneses go), and got my fuel system all ordered, great place for AN fittings/line www.anfittingsdirect.com got it all pretty cheap from there. Motor and trans are going in tomorrow! Still need to buy my front coilovers

I will say that I am less than impressed with the fittiment of the spohn kmember and a-arms. The alignment dowls were off by about 1/8- 1/4 inch and I had to elongate the holes in the frame so they would slide in, the upper a-arms did NOT want to fit into the brackets, i had to bend them to get the a-arms to fit in and then bend them back, the steering rack mounts are about 3/16 too big, so when the bolts tightened down, it bent the brackets down to tighten them. I just hope the motor mounts don't give me troubles tomorrow when trying to put the engine in. If i could do it again i would go with a different brand of front suspension.

Just got my Hobart 140 welder, ready to do the downpipe and cold side plumbing! Still waiting on some parts from Racecraft, Wolfe, and burkhart, but a good chuck of stuff came in the mail yesterday...Fuel system is first thing to tackle. Goes from a 4 gallon front mounted cell, -10an feed to the a-1000, then splits to -8's that feed the rails, and -6's to the regulator, -8 return.

Right on man. I just got my twin 70mm and fuel cell the other day. I am getting pretty excited, but I still have a g to spend on my transmission yet Hopefully I will be ready by spring!
