Not trying to be funny but do you mean hot side of Turbo? From headers to merge collector? If so I used 2.5" from each header and merged them into 3" going into the Turbo. And for Piping coming out of the Turbo compressor I went with 3" to the intercooler all the way up to the throttle. Mine is just going to be a street car/ some track. So depending on what your trying to do you might need larger.

well what is the outlet size of the turbo and what is the inlet size of the cooler?
Lets say your turbo outlet is 2.5 like mine and and cooler inlet is 3", it would seem silly to go straight to 3 inch out of the turbo the whole way to the cooler (just wasted area that air has to fill).
instead go 2.5 to the cooler getting the air there as fast as possible and then merging 3 inch with the cooler.
but if the turbo outlet if 3" and cooler inlet is also 3 inch then i think the answer is obvious you would use 3" the whole way to avoid any unnecessary curves/choke points/air restrictions.
hope that hopes :/

thanks guys im prolly gonna switch my setup now because the kit i want to get does not have alot of turbo options and i dont wanna have to fab anything up to fit a bigger turbo so i might go's twin instead of single im so undecided
