S480? too big for a 6.0L??

Is an S480 1.32A/R too large for a stock 6.0l? I am wanting to do a mild 6.0 for my 65 Biscayne. Goal is low 10's in a 3800lb car. I want to use as much stock stuff as possible - truck maifolds, intake, heads etc. only thing I really willing to change in the engine is cam/valvesprings. It will be efi.
Any guidance is appriciated as I am new to turbo stuff, especially about turbo sizing. I want to plan this build right, even though it is going to be LOW buck.

it wont be to big, but you could get away with smaller, but wont be to big lol

i run the s475 on a basically stock 6.0 and have run 10.67 @ 130 on 11lbs and my anchor weighs 3950
