My orig plan was to go with a forged 346. Plans changed and I picked up an iron 6.0 block so I will be going with a 370 CID. My current turbo kit consists of a kytp t4 hotside along with a precision pt76gts .96 a/r ... I know that I am right on the line with this turbo so would I be better off with something larger? If so what? I want to stick with a t4. Thanks!

How much power do you want to make or how fast do you want to go? I'm running the exact same combo on E85. Hitting the track Sunday I hope. PM me if you wanna check it out.

This is not going to be a max effort track car. Its also going to stay a 6 speed Probably a couple trips to the track yearly. Where i want this to shine is from a roll. I want to make 700-800 rwhp.

I made 706rwhp through an unlocked 4L80e on STMs dyno. 800rwhp through a 6 speed with that combo shouldn't be too challenging. I'd stick with it if that's your goal.

900 rwhp is doable with that turbo and a 6 speed, speed inc has done it. Anything bigger and it will be quite laggy with a 6 speed.

What would be the max of this unit on pump gas? I don't plan on E85 or running race gas on the street.

PTE says 1050-1100 flywheel hp so 850-900rwhp.

Same combo also.. w/ TH350 that just blew. I think it would be perfect for a T56.. great streetability and makes the power...I'd keep it.

How fast is this turbo capable of in a 3000lbs car? What about a 7675 cea turbo? percision says its good to 1200fwhp.

The 7675 is the gts you just have a choice of what compressor you want. Cast or billet 76 or cast 78

I have the turbo with a 370 and glide, freaking love it, just awesome

Went 9.30 @ 149 off the limiter on 12.5psi in a 3000lb car

This is the most I've seen from the 76gts but it's on a smaller engine of course 3.0L. I know Jose @ forced inductions has done around 987 rwhp with a 76gts holding the wastegate shut but it was on a LT1. http://www.camaroz28.com/forums/showthread.php?t=354038

Jessica Barton's Supra has one and IIRC she made over 1000rwhp at a TK2 event.

Jessica's Supra used to have a turbonetics 76mm "the jessica" lol. It now has a PTE 45-76 and makes over 1100 rwhp.
