I decided to go with -an cooling hoses ordered some 16an bungs for the radiator and some for the water pump and about 4ft of 16an black hose should get here by Friday

cool build, looks good so far. Whats the max amount of boost you plan on throwing at the stock bottom end? Whats the plan after you hit your goal?
Does it just have arp rod bolts and head studs? Anything else not stock internal besides valvetrain?

Im thinking 15 lbs should get me where I want to be but will see. I haven't really thought about after the goal but will see if the 5.3 holds up, Ill try and get as much fun as I can from it



stock rods,pistons,crank and 243 heads

got my coolant lines all done, bolted on the ps pump and alt.



cant get this drain to work just looks wrong


anybody have any ideas on where to mount my trans cooler

run a straight fitting out of the turbo for the drain, the little elbow piece in there is gonna kill you

just wondering why you put all 16 an fittings on the cooling system? to move more coolant and keep things cooled or what?
