Default Procharged LT1 - Dyno results

To start off, this is everything i have in my setup:
Stock LT1 with 58k
Procharger P600B - supposed to be making 8 lbs of boost
60 lbs injectors
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Racetronix 255L/hr in tank fuel pump and hotwire kit
GMMG Catback
Electric cutout positioned right after a powerstick muffler
ProSport 52mm Amber/White gauges (Boost, Oil Pressureand and Fuel Pressure).
Prosport digital tach

Good
The car sounds absolutely incredible under load(especially with the cutout open)
The car made 409/431 on the dyno

Bad
I can smell fuel all the time
The car seems to be making only 4lbs of boost
It hesitates under load and the throttle isn't very responsive. Its as if there is some sort of lag.

Any thoughts, suggestions, likes, dislikes, etc...

I realized this morning that the belt was partially chewed up. Unfortunately, no auto store around me sells the 8 rib belt in that length. I just bought a 6 rib belt from autozone just for the weekend. I'll check online and see if i can find an 8 rib belt.

Power is pretty decent for only 4PSI but I would look into the tune and your belt issues. What size pullies do you have on their now? The A/F ratio looks rough as well so again, I think you need to look into the tune. Make sure your pulley alignment is spot on to avoid issues with thrown/slipping belts.

What's the belt length? I go to NAPA for most of my belts. The usually have them in stock.

When you've installed a new belt, break it in by not going wide open throttle for about an hour, then retighten it back down. The reason is new belts will stretch. Bob

I'm going to see the tuner tomorrow. The car is getting about 10mpg so i agree that they need to take another look at the tune.

Napa was the first place i went. They didn't have anything that short.

A local speed shop. I don't want to put their name out there until i've given them a chance to fix the tune.
