We've been 7.8 @ 179mph @ 3650# with LS2Formula's car on a 275 tire. 422ci LSX w/ twin TC78's. No ballbearings. Recently upgraded to the PT7675's and expect to drop a 1/10 or 2 atleast. Camaroandreas is making 2Khp with a similar combo and running 6's in the 1/4 with a lightweight race chassis. 88's seem way overkill.

To run in the 7.0's range in the 1/4 We need appx. 2250 fwhp @ 3300lbs. Twin pro mod 88's are good for 3000hp. I dont want to have a set of turbo's that we are maxing out or having to watch shaft speed on. We will have some room to grow as well with the twin 88's. Still doing some research, however with the motor upgrades we r doing twin 88's should be a great combo.

To run 4.5X's @170+ in the 8th requires ALOT more then a pair of 76's can put out at his raceweight. Missing about 1000hp or so...lol

Its been awhile since I updated this project. I had to put it on hold for a few months, but we are back on it. We will be unveiling this car towards the end of the year and ready for the 2013 LSX Shootout opener @ Bradenton. I will have the car back in my shop as a complete roller ready for us to install the motor/tranny, and twin turbo setup in appx 8 weeks. Here is a few updated pics. This chassis is utilizing all the stock suspension location mounting points as well.
