Incon installers....help

Incon installers....help I decided to remove the plug on the drivers side of the block today...the 28mm--1.25 brass plug. Anyway, it takes a hex bit to get it out...anyone know what size? I suspect it is 17-18mm but not sure.

tried the 2 nuts deal and snapped the bolt 
I hope the 17mm hex can take the pressure of my massive 11" pythons 
If the frame shop would hurry up with my turd I could bolt this bitch in. harlan you think I could get 650 dynojet with stock incon and stock heads/cam?

I have 2 intank 340 pumps AND a BAP.....shouldn't need the Boost-a-pump tho. still got my 42# injectors but will switch over to the mototron 60# after I accumulate some more cash. Thunder Racing suckered me...gave me a great price on a suspension setup and awesome customer service......now I am broke again
