Default Does this D1SC setup sound ok?

I currently have full bolt ons with TSP Stage 1 heads and a 232/236 cam, Fast 92/92 combo as well. I want to go to a D1SC setup and maybe sell my Fast 92/92 setup and downgrade to a LS6 manifold to cover some of that cost. I have 42LB injectors currently as well as the stock fuel pump. I'm looking for mid 500Hp on pump gas and I want to keep my stock bottom end. So my questions are:

What size D1SC pulley should I run?

Would it be dumb for me to downgrade my intake manifold to an LS6?

Do I need bigger injectors and fuel pump?

Does a D1SC setup get rid of my whole air box lid assembly that I currently have which is a Fast Toys 92mm?

The intake is your choice. I have a ls6 on my setup but either a victor jr or fast 102 is in my near future. You will need to upgrade your fuel setup to a walbro and a boost a pump or two walbros. Your lid will also be no longer needed. You can choose between the front mount setup or the plenum assembly either one will do away with your lid. You will also need 60# injectors. I also would not exceed 8-10lbs on stock motor. Good luck with your build!!

Take a look at what I include in the above ProCharger D-1SC system. With your heads and cam I would shoot for 7 psi, which will probably require the blower pulley to be a 4.50 size if you use the eight rib combination. Bob

How much boost the blower can produce depends on many variables.
* Cubic inch. The larger the engine the less boost it will make with a supercharger.
* Headers and exhaust. A better flowing system will produce less boost, requires a smaller pulley to regain the loss in boost. Ultimately though, more power will be gained.
* Camshaft and heads. A camshaft with some overlap will leak out some boost through the valves. Better flowing heads react a lot like a better flowing exhaust system.
* Altitude. Elevation plays a big part in how much boost is produced. Those people living in the higher elevations have to spin the blower harder to see boost.
* Condition of engine. An engine with real good sealing rings will ultimately produce more boost than one with worn rings.
* Rpm. An engine that is spun up higher in the rpm range will normally produce more boost.

def want some 60# injectors. keep ur fast. And yes you'll have to get rid of your fast toys setup. I have a FMIC I custom ran and the big red BOV. when ppl say it's alot of work and cost piles up fast. They aren't kidding. You will be fine with a single Racetronix 255 pump with the hot-wire kit for the power goals you want.
