I agree that's why I'm not going back to the dyno unless I recieve the new catback I'd be very happy if I picked 30rwhp from the exhaust swap.
Thanks.

Thanks Tiago.
I was thinking abut going with Magnaflow 2.5 exhaust but do you think its better to go with LG big 3'inch exhaust since the downpipe is 3.5??

i know of a car with that turbo that went 153mph at 3550 lbs on 18psi his was an auto but, jose knows that turbo well. and once you up the boost and get the turbo in its sweet spot you will pick up near 30 per lb.

i know another guy picked up 90wheel threw a th400 going from 12 to 15 psi.

another guy went 150 on 17psi.

nice build! I'm sure even leaning it out a bit and/or adding some timing will get your 620-650rwhp goal. Thats WAY on the "safe" side. It could stand to lean out 1 whole point.

[QUOTE=venom ws7;15490123]Thanks man.
The cam will work awesome with 383ci it also made great on my car before the turbo 379rwhp with stock headers only catback and cam with 9:1 comp.

oh mad so should make a little more in mine with 11:1 comp with heads done and headers, etc, then.

one i was looking at was a 227/243 114lsa from comp or a 239/243 114/5 lsa from comp so all around same range.

i'll be dropping my comp ratio to 10.2/10.5:1 when i boost it but plan on running e85 and no more than about 10-15 psi max, should be fine.
Hope you get your numbers.

Thanks for the turbo man.
That's great to hear 20-30rwhp per lb will be awesome...

I'm only looking for 140-145mph in 1/4 with this setup.

I'm very sure we can get that but we'll see in the next dyno runs..

The ST80 is a complete beast....and that is with the 83mm turbine wheel. Upgrading to the 87 or even the 92mm turbine and the race cover puts it on even another level.

Please PM the price if I wanted to upgrade to 92mm turbine with race cover?
Do you think this turbo will work with 370-390ci ??

I sold the 243 long long time ago and had MTI III 317 heads but I sold those too saving for some aftermarket casting.
I really think with good heads and exhaust 650rwhp is possible

Yeh e85 is rare around my area too but apparently a couple of servos are starting to get it, going to get a flex fuel kit a guy at works mate has, he runs e85 but can also run the recommended Ron 98 pump premium for our cars. Just the tune will be a bit of a pain for the tuner, should be fun though.
