Default Stock zo6 procharged reliability?

Hey guys just wondering how reliable a stock engine z06 with bolt ons (long tubes, x pipe and catback) would be with a small procharger intercooled setup installed? Running maybe 5 or 6 psi? What else needs to be addressed? Fuel pump, injectors, anything else like that or are they pretty much a bolt on kit? Not to familiar with them. Thanks

i had a 5.0 gt with gears, bolt ons and a pro charger and that car ran great, could drive it anywhere with out any issues, i wish i would have got one for my ss right from the start,i would get a hold of bob at bruteforce or brute speed , forget the name of the shop but he is a sponser and a procharger dealer that can get you hooked up with everything you need, you will need a fuel pump and injectors, prochargers are top notch though you will love it,sounds killer as well

The zo6 is an 02. It's not my car it's a customers at my dads garage. He's wanting to get more safe power out of it without any drivability loss and not swapping out the cam, rockers, or anything else. Pretty much keep it a true bolt on car with a procharger. Does the procharger kit come with the pump and injectors or will they have to be sourced elsewhere?

How do the procharger compare to A and A supercharger kits? In terms of ease of installation and power output and ease of tuning?

They are both good systems. The ProCharger is self contained which makes it easier to install, although A&A might be using Vortechs newer self contained model. Power output and ease of tuning should be similar. Bob

Ok thanks alot bob. I do like the idea of not having to drill and tap into the oil pan with the procharger set up. I'll be contacting you soon to place my order.

A&A offeres self contained or oil fed. My A&A kit came with a V3-si self contained. You can get pretty much any blower you want from them.
