Is your car a 6speed or auto? i dont think its been metioned here, but you could get a procharger kit with a carb number.....

It's an auto. I like the idea of a turbo better than a supercharger for gas mileage and emissions reasons. The thing is already stroked with a stall. I don't really want to take the hit of the supercharger. Also, I have spent thousands on a new interior and sound deadening, so the whine of a blower might get annoying.

If I'm wrong, let me know! The procharger would certainly kick ***.

i dont think your going to notice a difference in mpgs. altough i can understand wanting to go turbo with an auto. i love the sound of my blower, it never gets old. i just mentioned it as an option cause a p1sc has a carb number, and if im not mistaken you could have it rebuilt to d1sc internals. just a though.

I appreciate the option and I completely agree - there is nothing like the sound of a screaming blower at WOT! I just don't think it's for me. Thanks for the options though!

I have NO ground clearance issues with the newest iteration of STS's single turbo kit for the 4th gen Fbody cars.

I just installed a muffler post-turbo as my car was wayyyyy too loud, now it's much quieter. Here are 2 pics...

speaking on clearance, has anyone seen those posts where the guy stuck his charge pipe inside the car and ran it really cleanly on the passengers side? that one was really cool
