Default 5/16 or 3/8 Pushrods?

Stock Bottom end 5.3. Engine only had 64k miles and was running with 60psi of oil pressure. The goal is just to get over 800rwhp and street driven on E85. Here are the details of what I am doing:

arp rod bolts
ring gap opened up
arp head studs
Patriot Gold dual valve springs .650 lift
XER 273 224/230 .581/.588
Stock Heads w/LS9 Head gaskets
Pt62's .58 AR
40mm wastegates

Will the 5/16 chromoly pushrods be enough or should I go with the 3/8. I didn't know if the 3/8 would still work with stock heads. They also sell them in sets of 8 so I just wanted to verify that both exhaust and intake use 7.4 length.

If I am using the stock heads, pistons, rods, etc...why would I need to check the pushrod length? I can, just didn't think you needed to if I wasn't changing anything. Thanks.

They are not. Thanks. but they are the same length on a 5.3. 7.4 (intake and exhaust) ? Not different lengths like on most typical engines?
