Never thought of mounting the gate on the DP and running pipe for the inlet side.
How well would that actually perform on a single front mount set up looks like it could save some space around the merge.

here is a pic of the problem they speak of in the attached pic not sure how to make it a pic and not an attachment. the left side (in the pic) is on correct exhaust gas pushing on the bottom of the valve and exiting out the side to the downpipe. The one on the right is pushing in the side and against the top of the valve and not letting it open.

Just an overly dressed up JY 5.3 in an 86 trans am...
Turbonetics T76, ARP head studs, 317's, LS6 cam and valvesprings, etc etc.
ALMOST finished with her...be on the road this coming spring
