15's dave I know your wanting to get that .40 after that happened with the starting line guy. Won't happen on 17's, 15's yes.

yes pump 93 to and from the track, and i have a stock tank (no drain) so i have to mix in the race fuel

so far thats 3 votes for 15s and 2 for 17's.. lets make this interesting!

the 8.53 new best was on a 1.32 short time.. my best (so far) on 17s.. 1.33!

give me some good air and some extra luck on the line, maybe i can get a .40 on the big wheels

Congrats Dave. I love seeing a REAL street car run like that. Your car is one of the few that I consider a true street car that is comfortable to drive, gets decent gas mileage, and you can hold a conversation while driving the car lol. PS...I vote 15's and go for a few best.

I vote for the 15s!

I always go for the npb, your car flies on the 17's but as close as you are to a npb, 8.4x sounds better than 8.50.. just sayin

- in my opinion one of the best street cars ever.

15's for sure, 17's have done work, but seeing .40's in the car would be rewarding.

As always your car is the perfect example of a "street/ strip" car. I liked the year you went with the "quiet" exhaust and no one payed attention until they saw it take off like a rocket and you could just hear the turbo . Always good seeing you at the events when you come by the booth.
My vote 15'S and go for it... at the end of the track roll the power windows down and pick up a 40's time slip.

Huge Congrats David amazing work man...

If I can get the car to Saudi Arabia believe me I'd buy it but I can't get any car under 2006 through the customs around here..

I vote 15s if you can get .40 out of it
How much boost on that run? still on 91mm?

Why not run both?

Go for a personal best/give it all it's got with the 15's

Then put the 17's on and push them to the limit!

(If I had to choose one, it would be the 15's)

bringing the other tires is an option, all comes down to opportunity for passes i guess.

i really thought the votes would go the other way, but hey less work for me with the 15s still bolted up!

speaking of being lazy, I was asked by Derek for FSC magazine what i changed with the engine for this year.. SPARK PLUGS! that was only to make Kurt happy!

thanks tons and tons for the compliments guys, ill do my best!

The boost is tap dancing in the 25# range thru the ls6 intake and 98 throttle body
with the 10# spring in the wastegate, ive got the eboost set to 95% to make that happen, which is also about what my 96# injectors are running at!
