i would assume the rear ports of the valve covers are blocked off. i thought about running 2 passenger side valve covers and have a breather on each side instead of one.

yep, if you have the stock ls1 valve covers and you run an ls6 valley cover the yes, the rear posrts are capped, UNLESS you decide to run both vavle covers to a fresh vacuum sorce. thta just better ventalates both sides, but the valley cover and the drivers side im sure is ok on moderte to low boost levels. Id assume youd want to vent both vavle covers if your pushing serious boost.

DAMN! yeah id so lol your gonna be pushing some good numbers once it gets dialed in.
im sticking to like 8-10 with my 346 its a baby lol

although at that level you might want to starting looking into a crank vaccum system. even with the properly build PCV turbo system, you might still get some boost into the crack case at 20psi. just somthing to look into

automagics suggestion about the 2 -10 bungs with lines run to a puke tank sounds pretty badass. Plenty of ventilation. I just need to know if the tank itself has the check valves needed in order to not re introduce the captured blowby back into the motor, but surely it does.
