Gm screw in IAT
Im almost done with my new turbo project and im going to run a MAF on this car and also wanted to run a screw in OAT sensor. I found one that says its for a megasquirt ecu but im not sure if it will work with my stock lt1 PCM?
The unit comes with a new pig tail and all. Will this work and if not what will?
Thanks Tom

The sensor pictured here is the one you want. It has the tip extended and exposed which responds the best. I have the other style like the cyclone/typhoon and it does not expose the sensor to the airflow as well and is therefore laggy and heatsoaks. I need to get one of these.

This is the one that I use. Again, I believe it is for a Buick GN... I THINK.
While we are on the subject. Can anyone tell me which which wire is what? I mean, there are only two but which comes FROM the PCM and then which goes BACK TO the PCM? Or does it even matter?
EDIT: Pretty sure it does matter... My book is telling me that IAT ground is pin 57 black wire on red connector, and that signal is pin 25 tan on red connector (Truck harness). However, That doesn't tell me which side of the pig tail that is. Looking at the picture posted above, both of the wires are black. That doesn't help me. Or again, is it just a therm resistor and it doesn't matter?

Found my information here
http://www.3si.org/wiki/index.php/In...erature_Sensor
If you are looking at the plug with the clip on the top and the sensor is pointing away from you, then the ground is on the left side. In the link above, it shows red and black wires, that's how I deduced what I did.
