How would u make 700rwhp?
i built motor and trans myself so that saved some cash but this could be duplicated for less than 10k.
If you want 500whp, you use X cookie cutter build.
If you want 1000whp, you use Y cookie cutter build.
It has all been done before and all you have to do is copy the 20 or so guys that did it all before.
Don't forget at 700 rwhp you will also need a new rear end, driveshaft, torque arm, frame connectors and LCA's.

Misc piping, truck manis, $500
FMIC and cold side piping $300

Prices are approx but I've seen plenty of parts around for cheaper than I've listed. That's only $5500 so it leaves plenty left over for misc and things I've forgotten like trans cooler, fuel line, oil feed and drain, etc. Run stock heads and E85 and have fun.

Does this junkyard 5.3 come with a computer and harness ? If not there is another few bucks. All this is assuming you have the ability to weld everything yourself. Welding supplies can add up too.
only scary thing about buying a car all ready done is you dont know what your getting into
