Default looking for realistic expectations; 370 TT

So I'm building a budget 370, wondering what to really expect;

LQ4 Block bored .030 over
Stock Crank
Eagle Rods
Wiseco -11 4.030 pistons
Stock 317s
VTC 3 Cam
ported LS2 intake

Air will be provided via twin TC66 with .58 AR (may need bigger housings, .96? ), A2A IC, JGS WGs and BOV. Fuel will be pump/meth (91 oct and VP M1), e85 would be tooo much trouble. Moser 9, 3.00 gears, TH400, stall is being spec'd by builder.

What should I realistically expect, from my readings 650-700 rwhp seems feasible, is this right?

What kit is it? You might want to go with the bigger exhaust A/R. I know the stock APS kits come with .57 IIRC. Depending on how much boost you want to run that's deff doable. Why is meth such a hastle?

Truck manifold kit, turbos are from Forced Inductions, at the time of purchase they were for a 4.8 but I can get bigger housings if need be. E85 is tooo scarce in Los Angeles and I like to drive. The only way I can run it is to have two tunes, one for 91 and one e85, and the e85 would only be used for night time activities. & I want run at least 18 lbs

At lest 18lbs? you might look into bigger set of turbos and some aftermarket heads with a thicker deck. If your going to run a minimum of 18lbs I suggest running real gas not the Cali special mix we call 91.

Figured as much, getting the housings won't be an issue, the turbos should be good for 700 hp each, race gas isnt an issue either, I'm walking distance from a VP Fuel dealer, the 18 PSI would only be for kill, pump is for driving around, e85 seems like it'll be a pain in the *** to get

and thanks for the replies, I've combed both of your threads time and time again, nice to have some local folks get to me

I think his TC66 is a t4, not a t3/t4 like the APS you're referring to. So, I would think that a .58a/r t4 turbine housing would still outflow a standard APS t3 turbine housing. Although, I would still go a step higher than .58a/r...like maybe a .68a/r or even .81a/r since he's got an automatic. -Just my .02 cents.

Exhaust housings are too small. Go with .81 A/R.

go to the .81 a/r... we ran twin turbonetics 6765's on a t3 exhaust housings on a forged 347 c5 z06, we made 800 rwhp on 18 psi boost pump+ meth..... that was honestly on the ragged edge.... on e85 i feel confident you can make nearly 900rwhp with a safe tune up... of course these are figures though a t56, expect about 5%-10% more drivetrain loss through a unlocked stall th400....

e85 is worth the hassle. It is 106 octane for $3.50/gallon. You can't beat that.
