Default Headgasket new one or rebuild?

We had a small head gasket leak. We had not drove car in a year and a half. Did some mods and didn't get it finished tune due to overheating. We have a p-1sc at 10psi. 2002 Z06 cam and and meth intake and throttle body and all other mods. I was building a forged motor. Money is tight this time of the year and I am wondering if I put a set of ported 317's on it if it will last. Or is it a waste of time?

10lbs on a p1sc should have ZERO head gasket issues with stock heads.
