Default going boost

so for awhile now i have been looking at different kits and set ups and doing my research for a bit its looking like I am either going to be looking for a D1SC or (most likely) buying a (starter) ebay turbo kit. the rear mount seams as if there is quite a bit more modding involved (than anything else will be) so heres the question....

1) I have read that the included turbo (in rear mount) is junk... so replace immediately or work out kinks with it as to not damage a good one?
2) maybe the guys at modular can answer this what all is included in their kit for a grand?
3) screw it and save my $$ for D1SC?

I have read a few of ya'lls build threads the one in Alaska is interesting!!! and GOT to keep that garage CLEAN!!!lol. so input? advice?..... kit recommendations? this will ultimately be topped off with a 6.2 iron (after a blown up LS1).

Don't mess with a rear mount. Most people who have had them and made the switch will tell you not to waste your time. I suggest you look into a KYTP kit if you are set on going turbo.

There are hot sides you can buy on Ebay for like 500 dollars. Hell, I saw one for 270 about a month ago.
You can run that, or build your own.

That's pretty good, especially for a budget starter.

$799 bolt on kit fits like a glove and no radiator stand up.....

Forward Facing turbo kit includes motor mounts, hotside, and down pipe.

All on the stock K member too..
