Very impressive setup, quite similar to my setup. Are you running out of injector, or fuel pump? My issue is I'm done with my 60lb injectors, but I'm running quite rich right now at less than 11.0:1, so I think if I lean it back out to 11.2-11.4:1 I should be okay. I'm also going to add a methanol injection kit which should help with fueling as well.

I guessed at pulley size and ended up going with a 4.00" blower pulley, so I'm seeing a little more psi than you are...

This at least gives me a rough idea of how much power I'm making. What was your air:fuel like?

Im like 11.2-11.4 with meth without it doesnt change much really at all. Im adding a sumped pump to turn on when car starts seeing boost that will solve my problem. 60lb injectors should be fine wants going boost referenced and running higher fuel pressures. Hell if I wanted to squeak by and not put the rest of my fuel stuff on the car until it goes forged I probably just put BAP on it for now. I bet with a 6500rpm rev limiter and a little more timing I would be damn close to 700rwhp std. NOT THAT IT NEEDS IT. Thing feels way faster then when I was on the bottle. It made 590rwhp 585rwtq (std) at 6500 and I spun my way to a 11.55 at 130.69 on old set up.

I had a similar setup when my car was a 6spd... made 651rwhp. The key was the boost ref. regulator.

Ended up going 11.4 @ 130+ . Switched to a 4L80E and went to 10.6 same mph.

Very nice car! I like the way you cut out the grill. Wish I wouldve done mine like that.

That is nice work. I am sure with those heads on there you will have a considerable advantage over stock 241's. Did you guys have any issues with your Inlet Hat vibrating of coming off? A few zip ties is always a good idea!

I have the truck intake though. I am running the 4.13 pulley and just now finished the alkycontrol install. I am in the middle of getting my triple pillar gauges functional now. Not going with a safe tune at all. 6550 rpm's and its got a great cam to compliment it. Bob is a great guy....every time I hit a hurtle...he has the answer. I owe him bigtime. Thats why I will be buying my rear end from him. Like me, you may want to look into a catch can/pcv setup if you do not already have one.

Great numbers congrats.
IMO 11.2 -11.4 a/f at 6400-6500rpm is not lean on the street even with stock bottom.

Nice looking car too let's see some vids

It's a gamble at 10 psi, 8 psi is much safer. I don't recommend running 10 psi on the stock bottom end unless you have some disposable income in case the motor pops. All it takes is one tank of premium that isn't up to snuff. Bob

What about 10psi with E85 and meth? Is that a safer combo with a stock bottom end?

@ I LUBCHEVY -According to the many threads I have absorbed over the past few years, the 9-10lb range is getting into the danger zone. Some have gotten really lucky and had it run that way for a long time, others throw a ringland, rodbolt, or lift a head! Your blower is just getting started at 6lbs. Go to 8 and stay until you have a stash of parts on hand waiting and then bump it to 10 or 11 and light the fuse.

The methanol will def improve your odds by reducing the chance of detonation and of course while also dropping IAT's. Although most of us have gauges, if you are not constantly monitoring the AF and fuel pressure etc.....then you honestly prob shouldn't even get the kit in the first place unless its a Sub-500rwhp car on a safe *** tune. I personally am fortunate enough to have an Ethanol Free gas station who carries 93 octane nearby. And I bought a case of Torco on top of that. We can't stop the inevitable, but we can def buy time and who doesn't like living on the edge every once in a while!?

What I can't get past is the fact that people always say "oh the parasitic loss is a terrible" on a supercharger BUT what I see is pound for pound the supercharged cars are making the same or better power. Hum.

Congrats on the results. Very nice.
