slow spools and lag on each shift

slow spools and lag on each shift for m6s, is it a good idea to get turbo. i heard that even though power can be acheived, the turbo takes time to spool and is resetted on each shift with the lag... then takes longer to spool again. but is the turbo more favorable for automatic transmissions?

I have full boost by 2700RPM so lag is not a problem. Auto car will allow you to build boost off the line so they are more consistent then the M6 but if you shift it properly with minimal time between gears you won`t lose much boost, I maybe lose 1-2psi but it`s back instantly. It takes alot of practice to not miss gears when shifting that fast. Some people say you can never shift as fast as a Auto, I don`t agree with that at all.
