We do indeed do alot of business and build for many companies (65+) and will continue to do so. We are adding more surplus in, if the manufactures can keep up to lower wait times to under a week if all goes well.
As for this individual he is receiving a brand new upgraded turbo to replace what he sent in.

Well she runs!:burnout:, Got the fuel system done and after replacing a p.o.s. summit 90 degree -8 hose end fitting with a aerquip we were good to go, got to get her through emissions and break it in for a little while. Still waiting on a turbo from FI, haven't really heard anything from them for a week . So..... as soon as i get some extra cash for the intercooler pipping and exhaust/cross over pipping.... and a turbo lol, i will get the turbo setup on.

4" exhaust bends are not cheap lol! Got the 40k mounted last night, got mine from the body shop out of a newer HD ford, identical to the 40k's you guys buy? I flushed and flow tested in on our gm trans machine before using it, flows 1.6 gpm if any one wants to know? Mounted it low so it gets its own cool air from the lower duct in the SS bumper, worked out real nice, still have to build the lower bracket. Trans was getting pretty warm with the stock cooler and that 3600 yank! Pulled the old water to air setup for now, made my self a Cardboard copy of the air to air intercooler i'm getting for mock up (DON'T JUDGE ME LOL). Waiting on some more bends to come in, got paid today so i'll go grab the parts to build the oil feed and drain tomorrow! My buddy at MoFab fabrications is ready to build the cross over and down pipe so as soon as its running (Just need fittings for oil/trans lines) its headed to his shop! Man..... that 4" DP with the 2.5" cross over is gonna be TIGHT, not much room down there.
here is a link to the intercooler im going to run, 4.5" thick!

Well got a **** ton of work done last night, worked on her from 4:30 til midnight, very productive night! Installed magnafuel 25 micron fuel filter, ran new braided -6 lines to trans cooler, ran oil feed line to turbo, ran turbo oil drain hose and clocked wastegate andsome other things. All turned out pretty good, did a oil change too, engine has 500 miles on it and had quite a bit of metal "tint" to it, called my engine builder and he said it was normal?? Looked somewhat like bronze colored metal particles? Anyways got both manifolds on and torqued down (still plan on coating them after mock up though) and its ready to fire up, i guess we'll see how it goes tonight when i fire it up, if all goes well its off to MoFab Fabrications for the cross over and down pipe. On a side note i will have to make custom plug wires since the stocks rub the manifold, kinda already knew this though lol.....

Not liking the teflon style -4 hose though, what a pain in the ***, i'll be using standard stainless braided steel hose again like always, just tried the teflon out?
