Not sure if you have already mentioned it, but what kit did you use to get the LS in there?.....

Also on the cross over / merge of the two exhaust p[ipes into one, whats the expanded section that then reduces back downto normal pipe for?

Thanks,

Chris.

Its a V8 Roadsters "rearwards" kit... Requires expanding the firewall..

The expanded section is where the 2 pipes merged together (obviously lol) but the 2 pipes were at weird angles so we put it together using an oval pipe and then merged it in to a regular 2.50" circular pipe... Make sense?

Thanks for the comments guys

Clear as mud! lol only joking. Looking back at the pics you can clearly see the pipe work is oval.

How did you find the V8 roadsters kit?

Chris.

I can't begin to imagine this much power in a car so light.

Post some light street pull videos.

Any updates?? I'm curious as to how many miles you've logged so far. Any issues with the turbo? Any thoughts on using this type of turbo in a daily driver/commuter LSX swap? I'm REALLY considering going this route, but I'm logging 2 hrs/day on the commute. Thanks for any insight you might have.

When you say expanding the firewall, you mean beyond cutting the gussets where the "framerails" meet the firewall? Or did you actually have to cut the firewall and move it back?

How does it compare to the flyin' miata kit? Or am I wrong and they're the same kit? I'm researching doing an LS Miata myself. That car looks like a hell of alot of fun!

Is there a build thread from when you originally put the ls1 and everything else in the car?
