Pinning the ATI pulley
I've already got a ATI pulley on the car and it fought the whole way on.Is it possible to run 8lbs without pinning?

You either have to have a keyway grooved in your stock harmonic balacer or get the superdamper (which comes with a keyway). If you do the lattter, you need another crank pulley that attaches to the Superdamper (ATI Procharger makes one now that is 8-rib).
If you have an ATI superdamper it is already keyed and you need to buy their key kit, it requires you to remove the damper/hub but its still fairly easy once you get the hub off.
I have mine done with the stock damper, I had a pin kit from a C5 procharger kit here at the time so I did it for the heck of it. 8psi on a stock motor should be fine without it but anything over that, and especially a M6 car, I would get it done.
Slowhawk,
I can save you some $ i have the ATI kit cause of the vettes that I have done, its alot easier on an f-body than on a vette. I'll let you borrow it or I can swing down and help, unless you want to buy the kit to keep for future installs.
