Throttle Sticking under boost
Had a friend back in the day had a problem like this. The first thing we done was. We took the TB off of another car and put on his. Took it down the road and it worked perfectly fine. The next thing we done was put it in a small bucket of Diesel fuel and let it soak over night. After a we dried it off and took compressed air to blow out all the Diesel fuel from any and all ports. We bolted it back up and it worked. Oh an check your throttle cable closely. It my have a bur bad place before going through the trouble of switching the TB. Although we did not make it our first thing to do. But I had a bad one on my old 89 TTA. Hope this works for you.

There are Alot of reasons why throttle bodies would stick like that. Just put a spring on it like a carburetor setup would have to rule out the throttle body and then just go from there . I have had the same problem even stock motor Ls1's- Lt1's and boosted, added a spring and problem solved. Not to mention you also get a more controlled feedback from the throttle pedal. Ernest
