If they are new you need to do your 3 step torque about 3 times. Back off all nut each time. This will insure the bolts get stretched then do your final torque. Yes use Arp lube
and i also torqued mine to 85 Ft lbs. If you really want to get picky recheck your torque after about a hour or even next day if you can. You my notice they will tighten down a little more with the same torque. You create heat when torquing and by letting the bolt or stud cool will change your torque spec. Hope this helps.

According to ARP the 3x cycle method is no longer needed...you still need to torque in 3 equal steps though

"ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant has been specifically designed to reduce tension preload scatter and eliminate the need to cycle high performance engine fasteners before final installation. ARP Ultra-Torque far surpasses all requirements offered by previous ARP lubricants in terms of fastener preload repeatability and performance lubricating properties. For more information on ARP Ultra-Torque visit our website at www.arp-bolts.com or call 1 800-826-3045"

Torqued mine to 130. Works better than 85. Torque them to 22-30. Then try to do it in one sweep if you only do 85.

I did the the steps to 80 on mine, but I found out after checking them occasionally in the next few months, that I could always get a little more on mine. I used the ARP lube on all of them. So, I be safe and torque mine to 85.
