have you thought of ever using the quick spool valve for alittle extra spool at lower rpm's?

No quick spool valve. I am staying true divided plus I am not worried about spool time on the street and I have a trans brake for the track

Well progress has slowed some due to me going to traning for 2 days last week and taking 3 large trees down at my house but I have made some more progress.

I built my merge for the waste gate. I was just waiting on the correct flange to show up for the waste gate(it showed up today)

I also rebuilt my turbo support in a round bar instead of the square tube. And I started welding nuts into the frame to mount the turbo support bar. I only got one side done before running out of wire in my mig

Some other misc pics

Also picked up some AN wrenchs

A look from inside the pipe that to what feeds the waste gate

A couple pics of the turbo support

Turbo and rad in just for checking clearances

LOL yeah that is staying until I mate my old exhaust up to that then it will get trimmed to fit a 4inch pipe. That was just the 5" reducer that I got from race parts solutions

I think you should build a 1.5" downpipe off that reducer Should sound killer whistling through a straw. I may be able to beat you with the family car then.

A little more progress. I got the cross over all moched up and taced together. It is turning out nicely.

Also my Carbon fiber sheets showed up today that I plan to use 1 to fill in the area from the radio/ HVAC pannel where I will be mounting my 2 step controller and some other items. The other will likely be used to make a fuse and relay mount under the dash so I can better wire all my gauges and other extras

This is going to be one bad *** car!!!!!!!!! I'm doing the same thing using my twin scroll 1.32. S480. Any reason why not two gates? i am deciding on running two or one big one. Thanks to Martin (fbodyjunkie) he has steered me in the right direction!

I already had the JGS 50 mm waste gate from my previous build so it got reused. If I didn't already have it I would have likely done twin waste gates

Progress was slow the end of the week and over the weekend as I bought a new shed and had that delivered Friday. I did get the cross over done and welded up. I also put my wastegate back together with new seals and spring that should get me 8-9psi on the wastegate instead of the 15 I had before. Should make things a little friendllier on the street. I need to make a trip down to local place and pick up some 4" mandrel bends to finish off my down pipe. Here are a few pic

Well cross over is complete and down pipe is all tacked into place. Just need to finish weld down pipe, build my lower rad mount(need some mounting points welled onto the rad), lay out the cold side pipes and work on making some sort of intake/filter set up for the turbo. Once all that is done I will be pulling the motor and trans again to clean up and repaint the engine bay. Also going to work on cleaning up the wiring more

Thanks. It is coming along. I got thr rad mounted today. Made my upper and lower mounts for the rad. My lap top is broken so I can't post any pics right now. I will get some up in thr next couple days. My biggest issue right now is work has slowed down for me big time so my money to buy parts for the car is gone. I still need to buy a torque converter and some other small odds and ends
