Default Valve spring suggestion for turbo LT1

Here's what I got:
383, LE Trickflows (2.05s)
Hydraulic roller LE cam (224/224, .575/.575 114lsa iirc) with LS7 lifters
1 3/4" headers, 2.5" merge, GT88 turbo (T6 flange)

Its going to see 7000RPM and about 22-24psi. I currently run Patriot Gold Extremes. The Extremes seem alright at 14psi, any better suggestions for when I up the boost?

FWIW I did a small search and didn't come up with much.

Maybe a PAC-1219x. Dual loads with a beehive spring. Has the RPM processing for a robust life. Throuw some Ti retainers i the mix your at about 73g or spring weight per valve.

Sweet, I'll look into both of those. Thanks for the replies!
