3" down pipe with stock k-member and mounts?

I have a stock k-member and stock mounts. I'm looking to run my 3" down pipe to a conventional exhaust - want to avoid running a dump or out the fender. Am I better off on the driver side or passenger side - Driver side is real tight with power steering, and the passenger side has the starter and the oil level sensor. Does anyone have any pictures of this done?

Passenger side I did... My old setup I ran 3.5" pipe, notched the motor mount stand a little. There is tons of room there.

Are you planning on keep the AC? Tell us more about your plans. I was able to squeeze a 3" downpipe on the drivers side with a truck manifold, but i built a custom motor mount and pedestal.

heres my 3.5" It was tight, you had to know the combonation to get the pipe in there...lol.. Twist and turn it a certain way.

If Modular Turbo or CRB Performance sells the drivers side motor mount that comes with their $799 kit separately, you should check it out. Using the stock k-member with that motor mount, there's a ton of room on the passenger side. Definitely enough to run a 3.5" down pipe through there.
