yes he built the kit WITHOUT having the car. he came by bout 5 times during the course of the build to take pics, measurements, and test fit things. i would recomend him to anyone. always answered his phone, came buy when he said he was, and had done when i said i wanted it done. its all stainless steel and tig welded, and made from very thick guage material. he takes pried in his work and that is something u dont see much anymore. o yah and he is VERY resonably priced for what u get!
You wouldnt believe what i am going thru now since I am in afghanistan. I swear some people use the internet as a billboard and dont answer emails. I emailed i thought was reputable engine builder in texas, then i had to call them from afghanistan just to reply to my email. And then I think they dont want to give you a solid answer via email since then you will have it in writing...
Try emailing forced inductions you will get emailed back that the mail box is full, thats alot of unchecked emails....
I could go on but i wont
Nice Nova

Car looks awesome for sure.
Just a couple of questions as I don't think you mentioned it, not that you had to because its your thread but, can you help me out.
What did you do to that 5.3? Anything special? I picked one up with 27k miles. Thanks

Clean build, I'm impressed with the numbers for that turbo. I guess you would recommend the turbo? I know this might be a PITA favor but, could you measure the height from valley cover to top of carb/TB hat? It looks to be a CSU hat, right? I wanted to go same route as yours but, don't want buy everything and it not have the clearance. Just want to make sure it will go under my hood. Thanks!!
