IMO go with a little better one and get it under driven. Reason being is it frees up some extra room when running your drain into either the front cover or oil pan (i perfer the front cover). My buddy has a stock damper and i have a smaller ATI and i can put like a -20 fitting in there where his -8 was tight with the damper. ALSO get it without the A.C. pully on it also, allows even more room behind it for the return line.

More work done today finished installing the Lunati Double springs and threw the heads on........Timing chain has a little slack and one thing i'm wondering is it seems like theres a little play on one side more than the other when you start turning the engine. Is this normal? i'm guessing not and i hope its nothing major...

SLP makes Powerbond ive heard. I had that on my old motor and the guy i sold it to is using it for a miata and cant use it so i'm going to take it off there. Only problem is it has the ac on it but oh well id rather free than spend another 400 bucks on a pulley

Ya turns over great. Few things it could or will be lol first i dont have the maf hooked up at all. My map sensor is broke off i ordered a 3 bar but it hasnt came in yet. So i doubt the car would start with that not hooked up? Also my oil pressure sensor is different on this motor than my wiring harness so i need to order another one. And my security light is on all the time idk if that means anything i cant remember if the light is on if it even turns over.

I run a powerglide on my turbo car and wouldnt go back with a 3 speed if you had a gun to my head. I heard the same thing when building my car that glides need to be in light cars only, and arent good for the street blah blah blah. I highly doubt anyone who says that has ever driven one. Last year i only had my car out for 2 months and put over 1500 miles on it, so yes i do drive it a lot on the street.
