Took the car out last night there are a lot of things to work out this time around. New rear viking shocks travel limiters up front and this co2 controller. So first pass blew the tires off and by the 3rd it got a little traction but i think i need to adjust the limiters so i'll give it another shot again sat. Controller was giving me issues wouldn't build more than 13psi for some reason so i'll contact Randy today to see if he has any suggestions but the car felt real strong for 13psi and only 14* timing on straight pump gas

How much travel did you have in the front end?

That gives me hope for when i hit the track this year. Ive got Strano springs all around with Comps in the back and KYB AGX's up front. My plan was to set the fronts almost at full loose and leave the rears at 50/50. I'm just looking to cut 1.5s. 6spd makes it challenging but hopefully the tire makes up for it.

I will switch to viking coilovers all around for next year but ive just got too much money into this year already.

Do you have any issues with your belt slipping off a rib on the balancer pulley when you get into high RPM? I have the identical belt/accessory setup except I have factory pulleys on the alt. and power steering. Mine keeps trying to walk off the front of the balancer. what belt length are you using?

I had bilstiens up front and it was useless at the track but once I got the Vikings it came alive!! I'm sure you can't get 1.5xs with what you got though.

Belt is a 6PK1815 715K6 right now. Gonna try a 710k6 tonight. 1/2" shorter should tighten it up pretty good if it fits.

Mine would do this also at times. I had the cbr relocation bracket for alternator. Just tighten it really good. I would even crank mine and tighten while it was running so I could see belt flop between the hits of the cam.

So after last year when I broke the flexplate car always had an issue building more than 12psi so after an unsuccessful track day we smoke tested it and once I pulled the foam off found this little crack

Got a new intake on and the car is making more power than it ever has. Actually shocked the hell out of me this is a 17psi 12.5* timing pull straight pump haven't touched meth yet.
17psi Pull 370 S480:

Glad you figured it out. I swore that you had a vacuum leak when we were talking about the idle tuning.

Get those Vikings figured out so I can cheat off you a little bit! I've been playing around with the settings on mine and it has been improving, but still unloads once it rolls out a little.
