Sand blasting the blower pulley huh? No ****, I have never heard of that, that's pretty clever. Where did you hear about this from in the first place?

Are you running a under drive pulley? If so, ditch it and go back to stock. Just called procharger on this and they said it will never hold boost w a under drive.

Something to think about also is that if the belt has slipped, it's gotten hot, which can cause the belt to 'glaze' over. So I would try a new belt, but try and stay out of boost for a little while. One way to make sure is leave your bypass valve open and just drive around for the day. This helps put a little heat into the belt, which will stretch it, but won't overheat it and cause it to glaze over. After it's been heat cycled a few times, go ahead and re-tighten the tensioner and you should see less belt slippage.

Would be cool to see 15psi should make good power, can't wait to get to the track and see what it will do in the 1/4

That's a cool sleeper, well, except for the blower sound. I'm sure that surprises quite a few people.

Check out some of the car audio forums for ideas on setting up idler pulley's, a lot of guys running 4 300 amp alts have 5-7 idler pulley's at the alts to keep the belt tight on them. Check out this vid, at about 1:00 watch the underhood of the white Tahoe and look how he has his idler's set up, pause it about 1:09-1:10 and you can get a real good look. His outside alt has AWESOME wrap, try for something like that, and if you still have problems try to get your balancer wrap tighter also.
lol actually the picture in the video link is perfect to show what I'm talking about, how handy hahaha
