Watch the LS9 gaskets.. Just recently, some posts were made that reported the gaskets were labelled as such, but were not.......

All of the GM MLS gaskets are pretty hard to beat for the money. I've been running the six liter ones for years with stock heads and ARP studs with about 20 psi without issue. If I do yank the heads though I'll be running the GM LS9 gaskets.

You can buy GM gaskets from.....GM

Or many of the sponsors of this forum.

I tried to make enquiries about FelPro's Stopper gasket, pity Felpro's website is ***** and the vendor I asked never bothered their **** getting back to me either.

I just bought my GM LS9 gaskets from GM parts direct for like $36 a pop. They whack you with shipping and handling charges but it is still less than retail. Hard to go wrong there.

I believe the head gaskets that RHS sells are the ones with the stopper ring. Which I assume are the Felpros.

Ok cool thanks guys. I bought the full Felpro kit when I decided to pull the motor and just assumed Felpro would hold the boost, iknow noob mistake, but really would have kicked myself in the *** if the first time turbo spooled and a head gasket would have popped.

If they are metal shim gaskets, then more than likely they will.

The GM ones are just so cheap though they make perfect sense.
