not really. my 402 TA with TSP TD's was WAY louder even at idle. The turbo really quiets down the exhaust. Althought the video is kinda lame, here is a quick trip around the block, go pro is mounted on the windshield outside the car.

here is a video of my open 5" out the front cruising around, mind you this is a powerglide with 3.73's so highway rpms are pretty high.

I dont see how you guys arent getting hassled by the local pd.

My **** is retarded loud as is, plan on getting a full exhaust set up all the way out the back for the street and when I go to the track pull a pipe and mount the bull horns.

Honest even with my duals now i dont get messed with by cops,but on nice weekend days there are alot of bad *** muscle cars that come out, i can see maybe on something that was driven daily but the police in my area are really cool about car stuff

When we had it pointing down and back (in the pic where you see the flames) it made a huge mess of everything on that side of the car. All of the suspension, and brakes, and wheel got coated in soot. It worked fine, but I wouldn't do it again.

i drive mine alot on the street. and i dont get any surt really maybe a little but not much. and i also have 4x9 magnaflow mufflers right in front of both tires so its not that loud until u get on it.
