Default Premium: E0 vs E10

When I finally get my car going I will be running premium fuel. There are places that offer fuel with 10% ethanol and other places that offer fuel with 0% ethanol.

My question is... Since many people like e85 for it's cooling properties, is e10 better for a forced induction motor than e0 for any reasons? Or does it even make a difference being there is only 10% ethanol? I know all the old timers say that cars run better on non-oxygenated fuel, but we aren't exactly talking about old muscle cars with carburetors on them anymore.

Just a random thought I had a couple weeks ago that has been on my mind since.

Anyone? Maybe this would be a better question for the engineering section.

Really makes no difference. The ethanol content in E10 is nothing to write home about. I wouldn't start leaning on a motor with ethanol until about E70. Anything less than that is just too diluted for me personally.

Fuel mileage should be better with 0 E if that is of concern.

That is not the concern. The concern/thought is that maybe the 10% ethanol in the fuel would have some of the same qualities as e85 when it comes to keeping an engine alive with boost, but a lesser amount of those qualities.

Way lesser. More to the extent of being of no assistance.

Thanks. That's what I was wondering.
