Default Chromium nitride vs steel top rings

I am buying total seal piston rings for my forged diamond pistons but I am in between two pistons: summit p/n TSR-CS2010-35 which has a steel top ring and standard oil ring tension and; summit p/n TSR-CSH2010-35 which has a chrominium nitrided top ring and a high tension oil ring. I can't find anything in the search. Which should I use? I am going to running about 15lbs of boost on my 408 on e85.
Thanks Brandon

I talked to total seal and these are the rings they suggested to me which are a gapless steel top ring.
