If your having them "wear out" faster, bump the timing up in the low kpa and idle regions.
There is so much misinformation on this subject because someone's brother's, sister's, uncle's cousin ran 1000hp with stock plugs or TR6's.
I use to think projected tips were fine in a boosted motor and even argued the point with people I know now who were right.
Non-projected tip plugs ALWAYS in a boosted or nitrous application no matter the boost level.
I'd run a BR7EF, but if your worried, lazy, or don't have access to tuning software to add the 2-3* timing it would take to make them run exactly the same as a stock set of plugs then get the BR6EF's.
I know someone will want to argue this and give an example of so and so doing this and the factory runs this in a stock oem car. I'm not going to argue the point. It is what it is.
