Default LT1 D1SC setups?

Hey guys, starting to get things ready for the next phase of my project. I plan on running a D1sc Procharger and I wanted to get some ideas on how others are set up. Ive looked at the procharger kit with the twin intercoolers and im not crazy about it. Looking for opinions or pics on how you guys routed intercooler piping, charge piping, ect... Also anyone know if running an alternator relocation will interfere with the brackets for the head unit. If anyone can point me in the right direction id appreciate it. Thanks. Alternator relocation won't affect any of the pipe routing or the system in general. I would recommend a 12 rib system and honestly there are a lot of details to running these systems well. While procharger offers a kit for our cars, there are a lot of little things you have to do in order to run it effectively. Are you running an aftermarket balancer? If yes, you will need to get a spacer machined to bolt on the crank pulley.

I don't love the twin intercoolers and us LT1 guys are stuck with the smaller 3.5" units. They are fine for casual pulls but the IATs get up there with a 1-4 gear run. I plan on going A2W since I don't like the look of our cars with the front end cut open for a FMIC.

Im running an aftermarket balancer. What air to water cooler are you planing on using? Im hoping to make in the 650hp range. What are you doing for fuel setup? I was thinking about doing twin 255s and have one set up on a window/hobbs switch... my main goal is drivability and streetablity so if i have to sacrifice the numbers im willing to do so for a comfortable driver.

Not sure which one yet but I need to measure how much room I have available since I purchased a Burkhart front bumper support. I will prob stuff the largest one I can find in there. I run Lonnie's twin double pumper setup which uses a hobb switch for the second pump.

Running Lonnies double fuel pumps with hobbs switch here. It was a really nice kit and was very easy to run the wiring and all. As far as blower goes there is always something that can be made better than what comes with the kit and, yea those twin intercoolers can be swapped for something better. Ernest
